Editing LetsBonk

**LetsBonk** (letsbonk.fun, later **Bonk.fun**) is a [[Solana]] memecoin launchpad tied to the [[Bonk]] community and built on [[Raydium]]'s LaunchLab infrastructure.[^1][^2] In July 2025 it briefly passed [[pump.fun]] in daily token launches, graduations, volume and revenue, the first time pump.fun had lost its lead since January 2024.[^2][^1]

## History
LetsBonk was launched in late April 2025 by a founder known as Tom (@SolportTom) and shares some team members with BONK.[^2][^1] Its share of Solana launches ranged from 2% to 18% before July.[^1] Half of its fee revenue buys and burns BONK and 8% buys BONK for reserves.[^3]

## Race with pump.fun
On 6 July 2025 LetsBonk launched about 19,620 tokens against pump.fun's 9,249 in 24 hours, per Dune data cited by Decrypt, and held 58.5% of the launchpad market to pump.fun's 35.2%.[^1] The Block counted 135 graduations to pump.fun's 103 on 5 July and an $86 million volume lead, though pump.fun had more than twice as many active traders.[^2] Its largest tokens then included [[Useless Coin]] at a $275.9 million market cap; pump.fun's included [[Fartcoin]] and [[Peanut the Squirrel]].[^1] On 7 July LetsBonk passed pump.fun in 24-hour revenue, and by 8 July it held 55.2% of launches to pump.fun's 34.9%, with [[Moonshot]] at 1.7%.[^4][^3]

The lead coincided with pump.fun's PUMP token sale, which raised $600 million in about 12 minutes in mid-July; by 18 July PUMP had fallen back to its sale price as BONK rose 64% since LetsBonk's launch.[^5] Pump.fun regained the top position by mid-August: in the week of 11 to 17 August it held 73.6% of the market to LetsBonk's 15.3%, per [[Jupiter]] data.[^4]
