Editing Chillhouse

**Chillhouse** (ticker **CHILLHOUSE**), also written Chill House, is a Solana memecoin launched in April 2025 as a parody of two other memecoins, Chillguy and Housecoin.[^1] In June 2025 it briefly passed Housecoin in market cap.[^1]

## Lore
Housecoin launched in April 2025 as a "hedge against the housing market" and peaked at $120 million in May 2025. Chillguy had peaked at $775 million in November 2024.[^1] Chillhouse rose 168% from 23 to 26 June 2025 to $26 million and passed Housecoin, then fell 33% to $17.3 million. Copycats followed, including Farthouse, which peaked at $4.28 million.[^1]

Its X account later insulted Base's Jesse Pollak, Solana co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko and Helius's Mert Mumtaz, then posted an expletive aimed at Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin and the Ethereum Foundation. On 28 October 2025 the token rose about 68% in seven hours to $30.24 million, above its August 2025 high of $29.1 million.[^2] The rival Unstable Coin, favoured by influencer Slingoor, passed it again the same day at $22.8 million.[^2]
